Our Fees

What fees am I liable to be charged, using TravelBuddy?

We charge the following fees, per passenger / ticket, based in South African Rand or your local currency equivalent:

R150 – Domestic ticket fees for issuing a ticket for travel within South Africa

R400 – Regional ticket fees outside South Africa or within another country

R650 – Air ticket fee for special promotional or sale airfares

R800 – Air ticket for any normal published airfare

R900 – Bundled Air / Hotel / Car / Transfer / Tour Package fee (great for families)

R200 – Re-issue / rebooking fee for any domestic air / hotel or car reservation within South Africa

R400 – Re-issue / rebooking fee for any international air / hotel or car reservation

R100 – Booking fee for a hotel / tour / car / transfer / travel insurance

R400 – Emergency assistance fee in addition to any of the above fees between

17:00 and 08:00 the following working day

R200 – Visa or Passport assistance fee
